Membership of the British Chiropody and Podiatry Association East Anglia Branch is invited from graduates of the SMAE Institute. who have gained entitlement to append the designatory letters FSSCh, MSSCh, FBChA, MBChA or MAFHP after their name.

To apply for membership please download and print the application form. After completion of the form, it should be sent to the Hon. Secretary, together with the appropriate fees and digital or passport photograph, as indicated on the form.
